Dishonest Liars The salesmen are DISHONEST LIARS. It is one thing to have a bad experience... dealing with bold-faced liars is far worse. I made a lease deal with a The salesmen are DISHONEST LIARS. It is one thing to have a bad experience... dealing with bold-faced liars is far worse. I made a lease deal with a salesman over the phone. We agreed to all terms and we both said "Done deal." I then drove 40 minutes in traffic at 8:30 pm to finalize the deal. When I got there, the manager, Muhammad, came over and said there was "no way" he could do the deal. I explained to him that the salesman and I already made the deal. Muhammad just repeated that he could not do the deal and continued to walk away. No apology at all. It is clear this salesman intentionally lied to me just to get me to drive to the dealership so he could begin the slow, grueling process of wearing down the customer. Of course I stormed out of there. I don't do business with liars. I then emailed the General Manager to inform him that their salesman intentionally lied to me just to get me to drive to the dealership. No response to my email. It is clear this dealership ENCOURAGES its salesmen to lie to their customers in order to sell cars. Beware!! The people at Lexus of Kendall are snakes. On a related note, I told Lexus of Pembroke Pines about this horror story 3 days later and they honored the exact deal that Lexus of Kendall refused to do. So not only is Lexus of Kendall full of snakes, they are also unable to make good deals. They are a low-end Lexus dealer and have no problem lying in order to compete. Stay far away. More
