My name is Steven and I'm and Army Officer currently stationed in Iraq. I've been looking at Lexus IS350's for a while now trying to find the right one. I happened across the exact IS350 I was looking stationed in Iraq. I've been looking at Lexus IS350's for a while now trying to find the right one. I happened across the exact IS350 I was looking for while surfing the internet one evening at the Lexus of Huntsville Dealership. Not only did the vehicle have all the bells and whistles I was looking for but it was also for the best price I'd seen throughout my past months of searching. I immediately called the dealership to see if it was even feasible to do a long distance purchase. I spoke to Dave Sales (their online sales representative) and he said that there wouldn't be any issues doing a long distance purchase, and he was right! I contacted my bank and had the check sent to the dealership and upon arrival the paperwork was immediately in the mail. Although it took a while for the paperwork to arrive (the delay in the paperwork was nothing to do with the dealership its just takes a while for any mail to reach me out in my isolated area), Dave was constantly in contact with me checking up on it. While I was waiting on the paperwork to arrive I got in contact with Robby Anderson (one of the Dealership's managers) to discuss shipping of the car. He was more than happy to assist me. He put me in contact with a great shipping company "guaranteedshippingnow.com" who offered me a great price to ship my car. Well my sister just received my car today and from what she told me I couldn't be happier. I highly recommended the Lexus Of Huntsville Dealership. Their prices and customer service are fantastic.
