Lexus of Glendale - Service Center

I needed new tires for my CT200h and was looking to buy at Lexus of Glendale because there was a special going on and because they always provide great service. Before I had a chance to decide on tires, one of my tires popped on the freeway. The next morning, I called Lexus of Glendale, and the service agent set me up with an appointment that day, including a loaner vehicle. The tires I wanted had to be ordered from the warehouse, and the agent had them delivered that afternoon in time for my appointment. When I arrived, Nshan (Naz) Elexan greeted me and promptly led me to the office to assist with my car’s needs. In addition to needing new tires, it was time for my scheduled oil maintenance. Additionally, I had two recent issues with my vehicle: one of my chrome wheels needed to be resealed and after have my brakes replaced my car was squeaky. Naz noted all of my concerns, got me into a loaner, and sent me off. Because my appointment was later in the day, the service garage needed to keep my car overnight, which was fine because I had the loaner. Naz kept me informed every step of the way. The next day when I picked up my vehicle, it was like a new car! Nicely washed, shiny black new tires, and no more squeaks! This was an expensive service appointment, but the smaller issues were taken care of complimentary, and Naz kindly gave a discount on some of the work.
