The dealer was unusually busy and the service writer was not able to get to me until twenty minutes after my appointment time. The coffee machine in the customer waiting room was being repaired so there was not able to get to me until twenty minutes after my appointment time. All the personal was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed within the timeframe promised. The service writer provided me with timely and appropriate information about the car and further service recommendations. More

He answered all my questions and made sure that my car needs were all met. There was no shaningags with the service. I did not have to wait 8 hours. I really think that when I took my car to Keyes Lexus they red flagged my car for price gauging and making me wait for 8 hours to finish with the service. I will not go back.
