Hello to whom it may concern. I'm very pleased with Glendale Lexus. My service representative was Fausto. He was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and I'm very pleased with Glendale Lexus. My service representative was Fausto. He was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure that my car needs were all met. There was no shaningags with the service. I did not have to wait 8 hours. I really think that when I took my car to Keyes Lexus they red flagged my car for price gauging and making me wait for 8 hours to finish with the service. I will not go back. I'm sure they will miss the thousands dollars I spent on my car on several visits. Thank you, Jeannette Long More
