We have been going to Lexus of Glendale because of Arbi Der Krikorian. He has been our service rep for the past 9 years or more. He is always courteous, pleasant, answers our phone calls immediately, gives explanation when needed, and always follows up to see if everything was to our satisfaction. We fully trust his knowledge and ability to help us make decisions regarding everything our cars need to be in the best performance and endurance. Arbi Der Krikorian at Lexus of Glendale represents the Lexus philosophy well. He is very caring and goes to extremes to make sure the customer is happy. Arbi, is among the Lexus of Glendale representitives that make "visiting" for service pleasurable and almost fun! My hat is off to Johnny Harrison and his Lexus team. To make available car wash tickets to be sold to our parent community with 100% of the profits remaining at our school is so incredibly generous.  In all of my years, I have yet to find another more caring and supportive school partnership.  In this time of fiscal uncertainty, it is comforting to know that there are still businesses more than willing and able to support our local schools.  If you need your car washed......GO TO LEXUS OF GLENDALE!  It is like no other car wash experience!   Once again, thank you Lexus of Glendale for supporting, not only my school, but all of the schools in the neighboring communities. I took my car in for a car wash and to get a small scratch on my front bumper touched up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ramon Barajas. I can't say enough good things about Ramon. Once I purchased the touch up paint, Ramon even offered to touch up the scratch for me - free of charge.
