I took my car in for a car wash and to get a small scratch on my front bumper touched up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ramon Barajas. I can't say enough good things about Ramon. He was very scratch on my front bumper touched up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ramon Barajas. I can't say enough good things about Ramon. He was very friendly, courteous and showed me great customer service. He performed the work quickly and was very nice and easy to deal with the entire time. Once I purchased the touch up paint, Ramon even offered to touch up the scratch for me - free of charge. He went above and beyond for me and it was by far the best service I have ever received from a car dealer. It is experiences and people like this that will keep me coming back to Lexus of Glendale. I dont feel like a valuable customer at Lexus of Glendale. Time and time again I am treated like the little person. I feel like my service advisor is not helpful what so ever! He keeps on lying to m Glendale. Time and time again I am treated like the little person. I feel like my service advisor is not helpful what so ever! He keeps on lying to me in an effort to threaten me into doing my regular maintenance service there. Car wash service is ok, I had to complain though so they would wash my car and take care of it. I took it in once for a wash once and the porter parked my car outside the dealership and left the keys in plain sight. On another occasion I arrived at 6:36pm for a wash (when the car wash closes at 7:00pm) and the porter told me he could not wash my car anymore. Overall I have yet to feel it was worth paying the extra buck to purchase from a "luxurious" dealer. The only bright side to this whole experience is the car, I love my car but have just about had it with Lexus of Glendale. It shouldnt matter what age you are, or what you look like all you should be treated well and fairly especially since I paid just as much as the next guy to own a Lexus. More

I would not service this dealership, unless you have 8 hours of time to kill in Glendale. I dropped off my car at 11:00 am for a quick touch up of a scratch. The lack of professional attention and let's just say common sense cost me 7 hours of my day. 1:15 pm: Jesus called saying he needed approval. 3:00 pm: No word! I called asking what's the status of my repair, FOUR hours later. He said, "he was waiting." Why do I have to make the call? So, I did. 3:30 pm: Still no word, and why no one thought to send me home with a loaner shows the lack of common sense. 4:00 pm: There will no repair today. 4:05 pm: A loaner is on its way 3 miles north. It'll be there in "5 minutes." 4:47 pm: The loaner arrived. I was so irate at wasting 6 hours of unpaid work time, while the daft service manager got paid for his time to basically shuffle me around. I was left with canceled meetings, an annoyed boss, and a one hour commute during a freak traffic storm. No apology offered, no generosity or goodwill to show their appreciation for my patience. Needless to say, this is my second IS 250. I can assure you, I will not be servicing at this dealership. Ever. More

Shannon also provides exemplary customer service. She is smiling and vivacious. With my 2001 Lexus, she spent a long time assisting me with my GPS system which was a little difficult for me to get used to.
