Service pricing at Lexus of Glendale, tends to be on the high side. As in any other business, relationship is the key to success. I have been commited to one individual, Chris Bosque in the service department. I feel like her cares about my needs, and makes me feel unique and taken care of. just to reiderate Lexus' pricing is high but having the individualized care from someone like Chris Bosque, makes it worth every cost. The sales employees were extremely helpful and informative. The general staff was very courteous as well and were ready to assist me with any questions I had. He was very meticulous about going over any possible financial questions, and Peter (another employee) also helped me out with details about the car. They both assisted me in test driving the car. Francisco was very helpful for my car search. Although it took him awhile to help us since he was also assisting several other customers, he came to us as soon as possible. I was interested in the ES350. it took him awhile to help us since he was also assisting several other customers, he came to us as soon as possible. I was interested in the ES350. He gave us all the options that he has on the lot and brought them down to us. We test drove the car with great handling. Francisco was very knowledgeable about the car. He even shared about his own experience of owning the car himself. We started talking about the price. He gave us a quick quote for out the door price. We thought it was a bit high. We told him that we'll think about it. He said that the price can be negotitated. He wouldn't even be surprised if it can go another $750 lower. We left the dealership wanting to crunch some numbers to make sure that we can afford the car. We came back an hour later with the intention to buy the car. We negotiated back and forth to get to a lower price. He eventually brought Gilbert Cheng, Sales Manger, out to talk to us. They both worked hard to try to meet my number. Yet in the end, it fell short. The final price they gave us was only $250 lower than the original quote. It didn't go down as far as the $750 that he believed he could get for us. We would have bought the car if they had gone lower than $250. Although we didn't buy the car from them, we had a great experience and I would definitely come back in the future to work with Francisco to get my next car. More

I had an extremely pleasant buying experience at Lexus of Glendale on Saturday, 2/26/11. I had scheduled some test drives for luxury vehicles that day but thankfully I went to Lexus first. My dad had recently leased a Lexus ES350 and was very pleased with the salesmanship of Frank Alaleh. I myself am a salesman, so I was looking forward to meeting Frank and witnessing his magic. First off, he is a great listener and has a very easy going demeanor. I took a test drive of the GS & ES and during the process Frank was very friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions. By the time we returned to the dealership from the test drive, I told Frank if he could meet my price point then I was willing to cancel my other test drives and close the deal on the ES 350. Frank was the best auto salesman I've ever worked with, in all sincerity. I'm happy to endorse Frank and Lexus of Glendale! I love my new ES350! -Erick More

I have a 2000 Lexus GS with 120k miles on it. As a result I spend alot of time at Lexus of Glendale and it has been the best spot to get my car serviced, maintained, etc., and my service agent-Selin has alwa I spend alot of time at Lexus of Glendale and it has been the best spot to get my car serviced, maintained, etc., and my service agent-Selin has always gone above and beyond. Selin was such a sweetheart! I came in for service on my IS for the first time and she totally helped me out with all of my quesitons.
