I understand that people make mistakes, which is why when they told me, after 2 weeks, that I was basically driving around with the wrong car (e.g. they listed an incorrect VIN# so I had the registration and paperwork for another car) I was understanding and didn't really make a huge fuss. First, someone from their finance department called me to tell me the news, and he asked me if I could go back to LA to fill out the correct paperwork. I was leaving away on vacation so I asked if they could mail it to me and I would take care of it ASAP. After 3 days, I did not hear anything so I contacted the salesperson who helped me and she said she had no idea that there was even an issue, but that she would get it resolved. She had me take pictures of my VIN number on the car and the incorrect VIN number on the temporary registration. While all this was happening, I asked her if she could help me figure out how to work the Sirius XM that was supposed to be a feature on my car. She basically ignored me and only replied to me when it had to do with figuring out the VIN number situation because my bank couldn't release the funds until this was all settled. Two weeks later, I called and asked to speak with a manager and I mentioned to her the situation hoping she would be familiar with it, but she had no clue. Wouldn't you think that if someone drove away with the wrong paperwork/contract, that would be your top priority as a manager to fix? Not to Lexus of Glendale.. most unprofessional and sloppy staff. It was not until 4 weeks later after I had bought the car that they finally got someone to come to me to sign the correct paperwork, but the sales manager, Linda, never responded to my emails. I emailed her to let her know that when I searched the VIN number while shopping for a car, the car I thought I had came with the Sirius XM package. And since they basically engaged in false advertisement, that Lexus of Glendale should add it to the car they sold me since this was ONE of the features that I was looking forward to. Linda never responded to my emails. She belongs more in a used car sales lot where sales managers are just sharks and do not care about the customer. She NEVER acknowledged my email and just hoped that I would go away; that's no sales manager. I would not recommend this place. They are very unprofessional and inefficient. Terrible experience. More

Pleasant experience with Service dept. Took my car in for a last minute alignment (as I was down the street from the dealership) and was blown away by the speedy service. A friend recommended I contact Andre Kasumyan in service. I called Andre at around 1:30. The call actually transferred to his cell phone as he was at lunch. Not only did Andre take my call during his lunch and answered all my questions. He also arranged for me to drop my car off right away. I got to the dealership within minutes of our call and everything was already in play. Checked in, took about an hour and alignment was done! I was even told there was a promotional rate for that which resulted in a cheaper cost. Thanks Andre and Lexus of Glendale for making it easy!! More
They sell you out in a heartbeat so watch yourself I found their 2016 Porsche 911 on AutoTrader.com, contacted the dealership and dealt with Emad Hawatmeh. I used their in-house financing in order to make the process smoother. The loan was approved and I was told they would overnight the paperwork on Monday which I would need to sign and return overnight along with a check for the down payment. Then on Saturday while I'm out town, he tells me that I could put some on the down payment on a credit card so "I can get the miles" and he emails me a form. I explained that I had no access to a printer/scanner, to which I received no response. When I hadn't heard anything by noon Monday, I checked in with the salesperson and was informed they had sold the car out from under me. They obviously had gotten a better offer. I would expect this from some two bit used car lot but not from a Lexus dealership. Good luck to you if you choose this dealer. You've been warned... More
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I bought my car 4/25/17. Adimika was my sales consultant. I absolutely loved her. I live in Vegas and had to drive up to Glendale because I could not I bought my car 4/25/17. Adimika was my sales consultant. I absolutely loved her. I live in Vegas and had to drive up to Glendale because I could not find any IS 250 white Fsports. Adimika kept her word and called me to let me know about the availability of the car and placed it on hold so that my family and I would have time to drive up from Vegas to see it. Adimika was so patient and so sweet. I did not feel like she was trying to just close the sell and tell me what I wanted to hear. Almost a month later she and I are still in contact and she answers any questions I may have about my new car. Adimika was definitely a God send for me and I will drive up to Glendale to purchase my next lexus from her as well. I've told all my team members about her and hope they do business with her as well. Also thank you to Jack for helping assist us with getting financed he was great as well. Best service consultant: shawn richardson I bought a certified lexus which had minor dings and scratches. Upon purchase they offered service for repair and touch up. I came back few days later I bought a certified lexus which had minor dings and scratches. Upon purchase they offered service for repair and touch up. I came back few days later and was helped by shawn richardson. I pointed out the areas needed fixing, My car was in the shop almost a week and i was provided with loaner car. I just got it today and was very satisfied. The scratches and dings are all gone. Shawn exhibited excellent costumer service, very good communication. Highly recommended More
Bad sales experience - be very wary of shady sales practices Found a car advertised online and contacted their internet sales department. Sales guy was friendly and helpful but attempted to direct me to a different vehicle and then dragged his feet for two days when I expressed interest in a particular car. They even went so far as to email me an offer but would not execute a sales agreement. Finally spoke with Phil who told me I had to be physically present to buy the car since it was unfair to local customers. He recommended that I get on plane today before they close so I can sign a sales agreement for the car I wanted to buy. I asked to speak to his manager and after a short wait was told that the car had been sold two hours prior (the same time I received the emailed offer). I am not sure what was true or fiction, not sure if the car was still available or if it was ever available, in my opinion this seemed shady that when I pressed them to send me a sales contract they suddenly did not have the car. I am providing this review so future consumers are aware that this type of situation can occur when you contact their Internet Sales Department. More
my brand new 2016 Lexus NX 200t Car shopping/leasing is exhausting, especially when dealing with car sales reps, and yes we know since we've been leasing for a bunch of years now, ha Car shopping/leasing is exhausting, especially when dealing with car sales reps, and yes we know since we've been leasing for a bunch of years now, having dealt with different sales reps personalities, and one thing we've learned the hard way is, always avoid those "bait & switch" sales reps & so as always, we've shopped via email/online & we don't talk to sales reps on the phone until we get the best deal we wanted, though these sales reps keep calling & calling to the point of annoying, leaving the same messages on your voicemail to call them back. But sorry, that's not how you earn our business. You sales reps out there either do it our way or don't even bother calling us. Long story short, we did extensive research, tried to figure out which is the best lease for our money & so after 2 months of research, reading auto reviews, yelp & google reviews, reviews about auto dealerships, sending emails to like 10+ dealerships (BMW & Lexus) to the point of we're about to give up .. then suddenly, Tom Kent of Lexus of Glendale responded to my email-inquiry on Thursday - Sep 1, 2016, he emailed a bit of info on our inquiry on the 2016 Lexus NX 200t. And so in a way, because of the great deal we've got from Tom & so we're kind of advertising for Tom Kent (Internet Consultant | Tom.kent@lexusofglendale.com). Tom was very responsive & was fast in responding to all my emails. And yes, he kept on responding to my emails & so that made me became interested dealing with Lexus of Glendale. Other dealerships are so slow in responding or they're like merry go-around, meaning, they're not upfront or they don't give exact answers my questions. I have OCD in terms of me asking a lot of questions because I wanna make sure that I'm NOT dealing with a "bait & switch" sales rep. Anyway, I told Tom I cannot talk to him on the phone because I'm at work during the week & so that's why we were shopping via email/online on my iPhone. Tom understood the way I wanted to do business which is via email and so after several exchanges of emails on Thursday & Friday, then we started to see that we were getting the best lease deal/monthly lease total (monthly lease + tax + gap ins) that we wanted, & so we've decided to seal the deal with Tom & even called him on the phone Friday afternoon letting him know that we will visit their Glendale Lexus dealership the next day-Saturday-Sep 3, 2016. And yes, Tom Kent was true to his words, he's NOT a "bait & switch" sales rep, he was patient with us, he explained all the best he can, we test drove the NX 200t from their dealership to the I-5 North freeway to around the I-134 freeway & test driving back to their Lexus Glendale dealership. Back to their store, Tom prepared all documentation, made us very comfortable in their very nice facility/dealership, helped me filled out the credit application, ran my credit report & then he congratulated me letting me know of my very strong credit (my credit score is near 850). Then next was walking to the office of the Finance to finish & sign the paperwork. Tom introduced us to Lia .. So Lia Agababian, the Finance Director was all smiles, explaining all the documents that I was signing, and overall, it was such a pleasure to the point of fun talking & dealing with her. Anyhow, to both Tom Kent of Internet Sales and Lia Agababian of Finance, thank you so much for taking care of us & in getting the lease deal we wanted on the 2016 Lexus NX 200t. We went to their Lexus Glendale dealership on Saturday-Sep 3, 2016 at 12:00 noon & we were out at around 2:00 pm, me driving my new Lexus NX 200t. Yes, we believe that was fast us getting in & out of Lexus Glendale dealership since we don't wanna be in any dealership for more than 2 hours (been there, done that). That's why we're giving TOM KENT & Lia the 5 STARS !!! More
