I received a call Thursday night from Karen ( salesmen). I have been looking for a specific NX for awhile. He called me and told me he had THE ONE . It just arrived. He would call me in the morning. I called him around 10 am and he said he was on his way to work. At 12 pm he sent me a pic. He captioned it "This is the one,". He said he was busy but would get right back to me.... nothing. Then at 2 pm he said he was talking to his manager for numbers. 3 pm nothing...at 6:20 PM this is the EXACT text message I received "sorry for the late response but that vehicle was a pre order for someone else!". The worst part was another dealer was giving me a great offer but I really wanted the red one. So I lost 2 cars that day. I think I Know the REAL reason. The other dealer was giving me the car for MSRP.(2 years ago that would be a HUgE win for the dealers) Sadly, greed has made the already greedy dealers worse. I have unfortunately had to buy a few cars for family,y members ( just the legwork not the money lol). I have actually had dealers just hang up if you won't pay 5k over. I cannot wait until this re corrects and they need us. I cannot believe how I have been treated. More

I went in early for the 15,000m service, even though I have only 11,400m on my 2020 RX350. Bryan Mendoza was my service writer, and he explained what the service covered.
