I've been using Lexus of Glendale for all of my services needs not only with respect to my current vehicle (a 2017 RX450h), but for my prior Lexus SUV as well. Virtually all of my dealings with them have been exceptionally courteous and professional, and one time they even stayed late to finish work on my car rather than make me come back the next day. I received a call Thursday night from Karen ( salesmen). I have been looking for a specific NX for awhile. He called me and told me he had THE ONE . It just arrived. He would call me in the morning. I called him around 10 am and he said he was on his way to work. At 12 pm he sent me a pic. He captioned it "This is the one,". He said he was busy but would get right back to me.... nothing. Then at 2 pm he said he was talking to his manager for numbers. 3 pm nothing...at 6:20 PM this is the EXACT text message I received "sorry for the late response but that vehicle was a pre order for someone else!". The worst part was another dealer was giving me a great offer but I really wanted the red one. So I lost 2 cars that day. I think I Know the REAL reason. The other dealer was giving me the car for MSRP.(2 years ago that would be a HUgE win for the dealers) Sadly, greed has made the already greedy dealers worse. I have unfortunately had to buy a few cars for family,y members ( just the legwork not the money lol). I have actually had dealers just hang up if you won't pay 5k over. I cannot wait until this re corrects and they need us. I cannot believe how I have been treated. More

I went in early for the 15,000m service, even though I have only 11,400m on my 2020 RX350. Bryan Mendoza was my service writer, and he explained what the service covered.
