If you are ordering a special build version of any Lexus Model please proceed to some other dealership. Also, stay far far away from Robert Silva (GM) and Bianca White (Sales Manager). After waiting 4 months came to the showroom for the test drive and on the following day when I asked for Buyers Guide, Robert quoted Bianca said the car has been sold. I wish as the finest breed of the human specimen, they could have saved my time before scheduling a test drive for a car that has already been sold. More
