Lara was quick to answer my inquiry on the dealer website. A car that was listed as "in transit" was now available and I came in the next morning and bought it! With no mark up! If I purchasing a Lexus or am getting one repaired, I will always go to Lexus of Glendale. I have purchased my last two ES350s from here and will be getting my new one in a few months from here also. No high pressure sales and they truly work with you through the entire process and explain everything completely. When you take delivery, they make sure you understand every switch dial and button and answer any question you may have. The same is true with service. They are honest, fair, courteous and easy to reach if you have question. They keep you updated throughout the repair or service process. Once you go there you are a member if the Lexus of Glendale Family. I can't recommend them more. More
