DO NOT buy a "certified pre-owned" car from this dealership! I purchased a 2017 NX200t in January 2021, and all seemed fine at first. I took it back to Lexus of Glendale for service, and nothing was dealership! I purchased a 2017 NX200t in January 2021, and all seemed fine at first. I took it back to Lexus of Glendale for service, and nothing was flagged for me. Everything seemed fine for the first couple years. However, I moved and took the car to Longo for service last month. My service advisor called me over and asked if I knew that the car had 2013 tires on it...I had no idea! How could Lexus of Glendale have sold me a 2017 model car with 2013 tires, especially one that had just come off a lease?!? Flash forward to last week, when I started my car and had a flat tire. I took it to a local tire shop, and there was nothing stuck in the tire. However, since the tires were TEN YEARS OLD, they were all cracking to the point that they could not hold air any longer. I had to buy all new tires for my car because they were four years older than the car itself. I called Lexus of Glendale to complain and ask how this could happen, and got the run-around. Nobody could explain how a 2017 model with 2013 tires was allowed to be returned off a lease in that condition, nor could they explain how it passed the alleged 161-point inspection. Meanwhile, I'm out the cost of a new set of tires because of their neglect. I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. More

It was a sincere pleasure to purchase a vehicle from Lexus of Glendale. I live out of state and communicated with Terri Gallon regarding my interest in a Certified Pre-Owned 2022 Lexus NX 350. She quickly responded to my communication and we were able to set an appointment. At the appointment, she was prepared, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure that the sale was made. She was the best. I was able to finish up the paperwork and drove my car off the lot for the long drive home. We are very happy with our purchase, as well as the experience with Lexus of Glendale, but Terri Gallon is who really made the experience wonderful. I highly recommend Terri and she has earned our business in the future. More

Lara was quick to answer my inquiry on the dealer website. A car that was listed as "in transit" was now available and I came in the next morning and bought it! With no mark up! If I purchasing a Lexus or am getting one repaired, I will always go to Lexus of Glendale. I have purchased my last two ES350s from here and will be getting my new one in a few months from here also. T will always go to Lexus of Glendale. I have purchased my last two ES350s from here and will be getting my new one in a few months from here also. Their Sales and Finance team are the best. No high pressure sales and they truly work with you through the entire process and explain everything completely. When you take delivery, they make sure you understand every switch dial and button and answer any question you may have. The same is true with service. They are honest, fair, courteous and easy to reach if you have question. They keep you updated throughout the repair or service process. Once you go there you are a member if the Lexus of Glendale Family. I can't recommend them more. More
