Easy to get an appointment to service my car. Decided to wait for it, it was ready in the 2 hours window that the advisor told me, but the car wash took 40 extra minutes. I'll start with this - I hate car dealerships and the entire car buying experience. Always feels like at least half my day is wasted playing mental games and arm wrestling for a few thousand dollars disc entire car buying experience. She's not your typical car salesperson who makes you deal with all the negotiations at the dealership, playing mind games so you'd walk out the door with something that you didn't truly want. In this day and age where inventory is often low and you might not get the exactly color or trim you're looking for - it's really easy to have a dealership push a car down your throat just to get a deal done. Tina is patient, resourceful, and puts in the extra work to do all the research for you. She gives you a full picture of on the lot and incoming vehicles, with detailed arrival dates and expectations to help you plan your time accordingly. She's great to work with, and will go to bat for you to get the deal that makes sense for you. More than that - you can deal with all of this from the comforts of your home, so that when you head to the dealership, you've got the exact deal and car that you're looking for. Tina isn't your typical "pushy" salesperson. As a result, I feel like I could trust her insights. She never makes you make a quick decision that you're not ready for, which I understand is counterintuitive if a sales wants to make a deal - but she wins me over with her honesty and integrity. We were in the market for a Lexus GX and we walked away extremely happy with the experience! Seriously! Next time you're looking for a Lexus, give Tina a text or call or go find Tina at Lexus of Glendale. She treats you like a real customer and human being, not just a dollar sign or a deal for the dealership! More

DO NOT buy a "certified pre-owned" car from this dealership! I purchased a 2017 NX200t in January 2021, and all seemed fine at first. I took it back to Lexus of Glendale for service, and nothing was dealership! I purchased a 2017 NX200t in January 2021, and all seemed fine at first. I took it back to Lexus of Glendale for service, and nothing was flagged for me. Everything seemed fine for the first couple years. However, I moved and took the car to Longo for service last month. My service advisor called me over and asked if I knew that the car had 2013 tires on it...I had no idea! How could Lexus of Glendale have sold me a 2017 model car with 2013 tires, especially one that had just come off a lease?!? Flash forward to last week, when I started my car and had a flat tire. I took it to a local tire shop, and there was nothing stuck in the tire. However, since the tires were TEN YEARS OLD, they were all cracking to the point that they could not hold air any longer. I had to buy all new tires for my car because they were four years older than the car itself. I called Lexus of Glendale to complain and ask how this could happen, and got the run-around. Nobody could explain how a 2017 model with 2013 tires was allowed to be returned off a lease in that condition, nor could they explain how it passed the alleged 161-point inspection. Meanwhile, I'm out the cost of a new set of tires because of their neglect. I would give this dealership zero stars if I could. More
