Very disappointed that who ever maybe inspected my car new what they where looking at and that’s if they did it all. Especially to tell me it needs a full brake job when you can see they are almost new. new what they where looking at and that’s if they did it all. I had an appointment at 2pm on the 23rd of June. I arrived at 2:15pm. The consultant to whom my paperwork was given to did not call me. Upon inquiring, I noted he was calling customers who came afte I arrived at 2:15pm. The consultant to whom my paperwork was given to did not call me. Upon inquiring, I noted he was calling customers who came after me. When I requested to see the manager, that is when he claimed that he had my paperwork and wanted me to come to see him. I insisted to see the manager first. Upon arrival of Steve H., the supervisor, the consultant shut the door on our faces while explaining to the supervisor that I arrived at 2:15 and it was 2:55 no one called me yet. The gentleman shut the door on our faces (both Steve and I). I was stunned of his unprofessional and disrespectful conduct. At that point, the supervisor apologized, took my paperwork from him and assigned me to Shane who somewhat did the best he could. Nevertheless, I was the last one in the waiting area. I left at 5:52pm just before 6pm. I was having mixed feelings about the service, the lack of respect and my options. Honestly, I did not expect such strange bizarre mannerisms at Lexus dealership. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. I gave 2 stars because of the involvement of Shane and the Supervisor. More

My service representative Shane was the “Great Mediator”. He was able to have my car serviced and provide me with a rental through all the unexpected circumstances that arose. When I was a nervous wreck worrying about my car, he calmed me down. He even came in on his day off to make sure all was well and into car was ready for pickup. Service subpar. I brought my car in as an emergency because the tire pressure in one tire was 20. Final outcome, They replaced 2 tires and front brakes. The next day I heard noises coming from the front of the car which wasn’t there before service. It kept getting worse so I called for another appointment. Here is what I was told: they would not schedule a loaner car until they knew the service was going to be 2-3 hours or overnight (When I bought the car, they told me they had a loaner program but never mentioned any caveat.) I had to ride with the mechanic to point out where the noise was coming from! WHAT??? They need the customer to say, do you hear that sound? I previously owned 3 cars from Rallye Lexus and one BMW. Never experienced this nonsense with them. I asked to speak to a supervisor. NO return call. Guess I’m going back to Rallye. In my opinion, Freeport missed the mark on honesty and service More

Service department stay far away from. Your car will never be the same. A lot of scams going on there. Money under the table if you know what I mean. They scam the xxxx out of insurance companies.
