I Love that they always explain to you all your options if there is any work needed to be done. Avoid Service Rep Shane Camacho. He doesnt know professionalism and is condescending to clients. I dropped my car for oil change and asked to check for vibration while driving, and L He doesnt know professionalism and is condescending to clients. I dropped my car for oil change and asked to check for vibration while driving, and Lexus of Freeport kept my car for 12 days. I personally called to ask for an update and the receptionist sound panicky. She transferred me to Shane who then said he is sorry he forgot to call me. That they examined my car and didnt find anything wrong. I said it was vibration at highway speed, he said yea we dont test drive at those speeds. It was in my service report customer report concerns at highway speeds. Not sure where the confusion happened but I know where the incompetence is. Dealership overall is great to work with, been going for 7 years before relocation from RVC. Manager Mark could use some professionalism training as he didnt acknowledge my complaints until service lead tech Mike actually drove my car and was able to reproduce the vibrations validating my concerns. Mike is the guy to work with at Freeport! More
