Horrible I am just six months away from renew of my lease. Lexus is off from my list after two terrible services by this center. Rep named joel was pathetic. Only explanation I got after two days was a certain motor change by interpreting receipt by a person who was standing by the counter. On the day I checked in I waited two hours before offering a loaner vehicle and next day I should have called in the afternoon to this guy and heard he would find the status and would call me back. NO CALL. I called back to center and was told he left. Few other calls with other. Next morning I was told by a receptionist that nothing was done and would call back. Part was placed an order blah blah. Pick up that night. My reason for visit is not Sales but repair. This rating system looks also pathetic. I see overall lexus quality here. More
