They wasted no extra time,”upselling” us, and only suggested the add-ons that actually did save us money on the transaction and insurance. As we only dealt with Guy and his manager Hernan, I cannot attest to the other staff’s personalities, but the two we spoke with were very professional, fair, and open to negotiations. My pregnant wife initially came to look at the car she had found online, and did not feel preyed upon, as we have elsewhere. I merely came with her today to take a final look at the car, the fees and paperwork, and drive our new car home. I would strongly recommend saving yourself some aggravation and time and stopping by this dealership before trying elsewhere. My wife and I are very pleased with the deal we have reached here, and will certainly be returning when it is time to replace my old car. scam dealer - avoid at all cost. I have visited this dealership on 2 occasions - dealt both time with an incompetant seller by the name of Justin. This guy has zero rapport building skills, he talked continually about "uber and lyft" and after test driving a vehicle he asked "what car did you drive again" - he was sat in the car with me. The worst car seller Ive never encountered. Totally out of his depth. The Manager comes along once you talk money and try to negotiate, who magically appears to put $4,000 on the car screen price (some crap about re-inforced windows ect ect) -absolute scam sellers - they waste peoples time, outstanding talk a lot of rubbish to excuse their fraud attempts to scam customers. At the end I got a fair deal but, as with Lexus of Englewood, the parent company, the main complain is the price advertising practice. I went to them because of the advertised price was in the low range price and got burned by the small print on their web site (see below). The advertised price was very good...it turned out it was too good to be true. The Advertised price includes 3 discounts that total $2,000 which most people will not qualify once you are already lured in by the low price. Also, the website and the sales person claimed the specific car I was looking at had features that, after the sale, it turned out it did not (Distance Pacing Cruise Control). I did ask multiple times during the test drive and the sales process, but was told (and I naively believed) that he simply did not know w how to enable the feature in this model. When I went back after the sale was done to complain I was offered my money back - sounds fair, but I am not willing to go through the car buying process again just for that feature and they knew it. Now that I know this, I have looked at other cars in their web site (i.e. Englewood Lexus) and can see that they list features for many cars that actually do not have them. For example, navigation, lane departure warning, and adaptive (or pacing) cruise control. Would I recommend them to my friends? Yes I would but I would just tell them to watch out for these two things.
