Amazing customer loyalty I have been going to this dealership since I got my 2008 Lexus RX 400. I regularly take my car in for service once year. They have never steered me I have been going to this dealership since I got my 2008 Lexus RX 400. I regularly take my car in for service once year. They have never steered me wrong in 10 years. Well about a month ago I had a full break job. Then this past Sunday 12/2 I suddenly had this loud high pitched screetching sound. So I quickly took my car to dealer Monday and they found a small stone had gotten in between the break pad. They fixed it same day. Peter was awesome. I would highly recommend them for excellent service and reputation. More

We had an excellent service consultant named David Ermilio. He went the extra mile to make sure that our problem was thoroughly dealt with. He really listened to our concerns and went the extra mile to work with Lexus and help resolve the situation. He gave us a loaner until issue was resolved and gave us the peace of mind to know our car would be safe again. If you get David, you are in good hands. The highest level of service. Thank you David!
