Service advisor Juan is new and was fantastic and a pleasure so is Jocelyn but I think owner of this dealership needs to get a grip and treat his employees better and maybe when you go there for service it will be same staff instead of new people constantly changing over.. People want to see same faces and employees will work harder if the Boss treats them good Just saying ....... More
