Bad experience into good! My first visit was a complete disaster, having waited 5 hours in the waiting room for an oil change! No one even checked on me. I was hesitant to go back but we all make mistakes so I went for my 10K service. I was happy to finally say they did a wonderful job from the valet, to the front desk staff and my rep, Jorge! I commend everyone there for going above and beyond and making me feel welcomed.
