The service at Lexus of Concord was excellent today, just as it has been with all my service appointments since I’ve owned the vehicle. My car has 3,624 miles and I took it for service because the start button sometimes takes a long time to start the car. It is inconsistent, but because it’s new, I thought it was weird. At first, the service consultant was not transparent about the $225 charge for just a diagnostic check. To me it’s outrageous that I have to pay all that money when the car is completely new! He was rude and basically told me to leave because they would charge me if they did not find anything with the car. He claimed he had to pay “my guy” for his time. (We all know it’s a machine that makes the diagnosis!) I left and now I regret having bought a car with them! I’m hoping nothing is wrong with my new car! More
