BEWARE!!!!!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR YOU MIGHT REGRET IT !!!!!!! I went to LOC for a brake job and an oil change and they damaged my car. My paint and windows felt like sandpaper when I got there, REGRET IT !!!!!!! I went to LOC for a brake job and an oil change and they damaged my car. My paint and windows felt like sandpaper when I got there, possibly overspray. The interior was also dusty. My new backseats were wrinkled and dirty. Employees said the car was just dirty. The manager was hostile and dealt without integrity. My car was in immaculate condition before I went to LOC. I was also told to purchase services that I didn't need. COMPLAINING TO MANAGEMENT HERE WAS USELESS. NEGATIVE STARS!!!! More

I went there to trade in my van for a RX360. At first, I was very pleased with our first meeting, and after debating on which car company to go to; I decided to proceed with Lexus... I called the salesman a was very pleased with our first meeting, and after debating on which car company to go to; I decided to proceed with Lexus... I called the salesman and scheduled a test drive for 3 days later. Twice, the salesman called to confirm our appointment, and said everything was set, he had the car ready, and that he would have his technician on site waiting for when I arrived. When that day came, I showed up on time at Lexus, ready to trade in, my car papers all ready; hoping to leave the lot with a brand new RX360. Instead? I walk into the lobby to hear the receptionist tell me he left on a test drive after he saw me pull in. EXCUSE ME? He left, right as he saw me approach? Eager to make a sale, another man asked if he could help me instead. I agreed, then he asked what car, what color, and what features in the car I would like to test drive. After I told him, he informed me that they didn't have the color of the car interior OR the features that requested. WELL, when the salesman called to confirm, he had SAID he had the car ready. So he missed our appointment AND told a lie? That definitely turned me off to Lexus. I drove off the lot and never looked back, only to have the him call 3 hours later; saying the client 'took a wrong turn'. RIGHT. Its been almost one month since that incident and I STILL recieve calls almost every night from that same salesman, FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS. Um, stalker? All I can say is do not go to Lexus for business. More
I play professional sports for a local Bay Area sports team and had my assistant purchase the IS F. My assistant told me she received great customer service through the whole nine yards of the car buying team and had my assistant purchase the IS F. My assistant told me she received great customer service through the whole nine yards of the car buying process. When the time came to address who the car was for, the Salesman was shocked yet, he had already presented a great deal. I am glad at least one car sales establishment remains professional and treats women with respect. Before Lexus of Concord, car buying was a hassle. Thank You Lexus of Concord More
I had a problem in having my car serviced because of a major illness in the family. Greg was able to resolve my problem without hesitation. He gets my " outstanding" rating and personal thanks. I believe that is sufficient and so the rest of this message is to satisfy the 250 character requirement. More
I drove from Oakland all the way to Concord because I was referred to this dealership by Costco Auto, I was impressed by the quick response I've got from the website. Within a few minutes I received a phone referred to this dealership by Costco Auto, I was impressed by the quick response I've got from the website. Within a few minutes I received a phone call and made an arrangements to come by and test drive a car. Being a Lexus dealership the least I would expect is great service but what I got was very, very disappointing. When we arrived we inquired about a IS 250 base model, the salesman said that it was hard to find a base model and started looking all over the parking lot; he found one and even before showing us the car he asked how I was going to pay for it and said that there was special financing on that model for today and tomorrow only (yeah right). We looked at the car but when it was time to test drive it he simply would not let me! He said that someone took the keys and went to lunch, this is at 5:30 in the afternoon! So I told him that maybe I could drive a similar car, he said that the guy who took the keys to lunch took the keys to ALL the cars. He said you can wait or you could go to BMW maybe they will let you drive a car and then come back. What? How ridiculous is that? A CAR dealership with no cars available for test driving. I never felt discriminated before but I can't help to wonder why he didn't want me to test drive one of your cars. Was it my race? Did I "look" like I can't afford one of your cars? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. Don't waste your time. More
I had been looking a many different lexus stores for the past 2 months. I submitted a internet lead and they responded quickly. I visited both Oakland Lexus and Pleasanton Lexus and a TERRIBLE experience at past 2 months. I submitted a internet lead and they responded quickly. I visited both Oakland Lexus and Pleasanton Lexus and a TERRIBLE experience at both dealerships. I went to Lexus of Con cord and after spending some time with me and allowing me to test drive a couple of cars overnight to make sure it was the right car for us. I was able to deal directly with the general sales manager and was abe to get a GREAT price. He was great and knows what customer service is all about. It was a GREAT buying experience and I will recomend to all my friends and family. ML More
We went in to the dealership to look for a CPO 2004-5 GX 470. The 2004 we initially scheduled to drive was just sold moments before we arrived. The salesman gave us the keys to a 2005 model, which just arr 470. The 2004 we initially scheduled to drive was just sold moments before we arrived. The salesman gave us the keys to a 2005 model, which just arrived and had not been detailed. We were trying to keep costs down and decided to look at preowned. The salesman kept talking down the other brands and was trying to sell us on the Lexus name. He kept bashing BMW, not knowing that we own 2 and have never had any problems with either. He kept on talking, and did not listen to our needs or concerns. He also kept mentioning that if we could not afford it, we could always go to their dealership next door and buy an Acura. How does he know what we can and cannot afford? I could pay cash for ANY car on the lot if I wanted to. I found it to be very insulting how he assumed we could not afford the car. We are good savers and are trying to make the most cost effective decision. We have decided to purchase a new car instead. We are going to look at the 2008 X5. We have seen several CPO Lexus vehicles that were repainted. We do not want to purchase someone elses headache. I was not very pleased with the dealership and do not recommend it. More
