The service they performed was done well and within the promised time frame. However, the job was incomplete as they did not have the part needed for a recall, which I had noted to them when I made my appo promised time frame. Great Finance Manager. Sale Manager (Rob) was great to work with. However, 5 hours to complete the purchase of a vehicle is excessive!! Also, some of the staff was very rude(wish I had their names). Car was overdue for service. Service done and inspection showed one damaged tire and others needed replacement. Tires replaced and windshield washer fluid tank replaced after apparent rodent damage.
