Our recent purchase of a 2023 Nx350 has experience numerous software failures requiring us to return the vehicle numerous times-total of more than 30 days in the shop .we will once again have to reprogram the vehicle in order to have it fully functional . Unfortunately, we can no longer afford to have this vehicle in service rather than on the road.Its time to think about Replacement for a more reliable Kexus if the software fails again. More
