From the moment I walked in the door of the service department, I felt like a valued customer. She took care of my input, walked me to the waiting loaner car (door open and ready for me - Wow!) and kindly showed me how to use the keyless ignition. Tess kept me informed throughout the entire time my Lexus was in the service dept. and checked me out with a smile and pleasant demeanor. I really appreciated the loaner car, as I do not own another vehicle and work full-time. I'll be back in future for all oil changes and service, although previously I had avoided the dealership due to warnings from friends and relatives that the cost is prohibitive. After having a car accident that totaled my car, I was debating between a Lexus and Infiniti. Mark was there to answer all questions and assist us in our decision.
