This is the second vehicle I have leased from Lexus of Chester Springs. There was absolutely no pressure and I was given the opportunity to let the salesman (Amar Patel) know exactly what I would be comf Chester Springs. The car was unavailable at that dealership but within a week I received a call that the car was found at another dealership and being transported to Lexus of Chester Springs. By the time I came to pick up the vehicle, Amar Patel had already contacted my insurance company and there was really nothing for me to do except to sign some papers with Tom Martellacci and take the car. There was no pressure for any extended service contracts and the process was quick and easy. I absolutely will go back to the same salesman (Amar) when it is time to lease another vehicle. More

I was dealing with a concussion and dislocated ribs and vertebrae, so I did not return his call right away. However, Al made sure to reach out and leave another message that he was there to answer any questions and help out whenever I needed. When we finally spoke, he was very professional and put me at ease. I told him what I was looking for, and he went thru his inventory to ensure that I had several to choose from. I really appreciate that most of my shopping was done online, and thru phone conversations. He knew I was on a tight schedule with dr appointments and trying to catch up with my work. I really appreciate that when I came in, he didn't waste his time trying to upsell me. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and understood that I didn't have much time. He was not pushy or aggressive, and I really appreciate that there was no pressure to buy that day. I am in sales, so I know how uncomfortable that can be... and he was great. I did shop around with a few dealers, but Al was the most efficient and thoughtful. He listened to what I had to say and what I needed, and did get me an amazing price on my new car. I like how he pointed out little details about the RX350 that no other salesperson did. The day I actually bought, I only had an hour. He had Tom start the loan process before I even got there, and set up the controls and my phone to blue tooth while I was signing papers. Everything worked out smoothly, and I am thrilled with my new car. After I purchased it, Al called to follow up a few days later and make sure everything was going well. I found a 2013 leftover that had everything we were looking for on it so I contacted Rebecca (Ferry) Gotwals, their Internet Sales Associate. Within 2 days, we had a deal on the car although they could looking for on it so I contacted Rebecca (Ferry) Gotwals, their Internet Sales Associate. Within 2 days, we had a deal on the car although they could only estimate my trade-in since they had not seen it. I think there were about 5 emails and one phone conversation to agree on a price. Rebecca was off on the day we picked the car up, so Sal Pellicciotta took care of the paperwork for us. When we went in to pick up the car, I was sort of expecting the normal car dealership "game" - my trade-in wasn't worth the quote they had given, the new car had undercoating or tinted windows applied that weren't accounted for, etc. - some backhanded way to hit me up for more money. This is about the tenth new car I've purchased and I have seen plenty of last minute charges and fees suddenly pop up. Imagine my surprise when none of that happened! No added charges, no change in the trade-in value, just a quick, easy, and (I never thought I would say this about buying a new car) PLEASANT transaction. I can't recommend this dealership enough! It is further away from Philadelphia that several other Lexus dealers, but it is just two miles off the Turnpike and it is worth your time.
