Great waiting area allows for working on Computer or watching TV. They Provide snacks and beverages while waiting. Clean and friendly environment. Will wash my car anytime I stop in. Car is always done on time and is cleaner than when I brought it in. I've bought about 8 cars from this Dealership. Right now I drive the GX, my wife the RX and my son the IS. We are a 3 Lexus family. And I've sent about 10 other buyers to this Dealership and they are all very happy with the cars and Dealer. More

I had planned to purchase either a Toyota Rav-4 or Honda CRV. However, I was with my husband at the Chester Springs Dealership to pick up his Lexus which was being serviced. I wandered into the dealership showroom, where I saw a beautiful Brandywine Rx 350. Terry Adelman and Spencer Phillips introduced themselves to me and explained that the car that caught my eye was a “certified pre-owned” Lexus. After spending 15 minutes or so with Terry, I was sure this was my car. In general, I found Terry to be very knowledgeable and more importantly, a very good listener. He listened to what I was saying pertaining to my concerns about premium gasoline, desire for a luxury car yet worried about the price tag….and allowed me to make my own decision while providing helpful guidance. This type of customer service continued throughout my purchasing experience. In general, what I experienced was a luxury car dealership MINUS the haughty, pretentious service that often occurs. I was thrilled that the Terry and the staff recognized my concerns and helped guide me to a purchase that was right for me. I absolutely love my "new" Lexus and without reservation would recommend the Lexus of Chester Springs Dealership to anyone. More

It was worth the trip. Our sales person Amar Patel knew EVERYTHING about the Lexus CT. You would have thought he built it himself. We are very familiar with the Lexus brand since we have owned a few over the last 15 years. However, we did not know much about the CT until we meet Amar. Thank you for a great experience.
