I went to Lexus of Chester Springs after previewing their certified pre-owned inventory online with a particular vehicle in mind. As soon as I entered the showroom, I was greeted, asked if I needed assistan certified pre-owned inventory online with a particular vehicle in mind. As soon as I entered the showroom, I was greeted, asked if I needed assistance and then was quickly introduced to Collette Dukes. Collette asked which car I was interested in and then we walked out to the lot to look at the car. Since I had reviewed the car thoroughly online, a quick inspection verified the excellent condition of the vehicle and I was ready to make a deal. Collette suggested that I test drive the vehicle before making an offer and we took the ES 350 for a short drive during which she explained many of the vehicle's features. When we returned to the showroom, the trade-in offer was waiting and when it was presented, I felt it was insufficient for me to make the deal at that time. Collette very politely asked me what number would work for me, I gave her the number and left with the understanding that, although we were several thousands of dollars apart, she would keep track of the vehicle and let me know if the price dropped closer to my number. I stopped at another dealer that had a similar but less exceptional ES 350 (more miles, wrong color interior) and got a better offer on my trade and a final price closer to my target. I emailed Collette that evening with a higher number than I had previously left with her and when she called me the next morning we were able to close the deal over the phone. Several hours later, I drove to the dealer, wrote a check and picked up the car. Everything about the transaction was handled in a very professional and friendly manner and throughout the entire process I never felt pressured to make a decision. Even if I had walked away from that particular deal, I would have felt very comfortable returning to Lexus of Chester Springs to buy another car in the future. Having purchased a number of vehicles during my lifetime, I must say this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever enjoyed. First class in every respect! More

We stopped in on Thursday, went back with another car to trade in on Friday and took delivery on Saturday. I didn't know how I was going to get two cars there with only one driver but Dan said not to worry he would send a couple of men over to pick one up. Dan was waiting outside for us with a huge smile. He went over a few things then Tom Martellacci came for us to process the paperwork. It was then Dave Wright's turn to explain everything one needs to know about the car. We emailed the dealership, and the salesman replied immediately, prepared the car, and connected us with a sales person for a test drive. We were amazed when we arrived at the dealership. Andrew greeted us and helped us get setup to take the car for a test drive. He was so nice and explained all about the car. The car was in even better condition than we had hoped for by the picture! And then Colette our sales associate arrived, we realized that Andrew wasn't our salesperson, but he was so thoughtful and didn't want us to wait at all. Well, Colette was so patient and helped us check out all the cars that we might be interested in driving. We decided on the first car, it was in such perfect condition. We asked if we could get a message to the last owner and thank him for taking such great care of his car. Andrew and Colette assured us that they would find him and thank him. How great is that for service!! A exceptionally nice man Dave, with the patience of a saint, went through every detail of the car with me! You just don't see people like this every day. It's a bit of a drive from Wilmington, but soooo worth the trip. The sales staff treated us like we were coming to view their most expensive line! My correspondences with Ms. Rebecca Ferry of Lexus Chester Springs were prompt and professional. When I visited the dealership for a test drive, she was as pleasant to deal with in person as she was on-line. I went for a test drive with Colette Dukes. She is another great asset to this organization. No pressure, no hype, product knowledgeable, and really took an interest taking care of the clients needs. Besides the fair pricing and decent trade-in value they offered on my old ES, the other deciding factor in purchasing from this fine organization were the dealer reviews that I had researched. Of course, there are always going to be some people who may not be happy with how they may have been treated - but I am not one of them. There is a very good reason this dealership is so highly rated. They deserve it. More

I took advantage of the 0.9% financing and was pleased you could get the financing even with the deep discounts being offered in December. Many car companies offset the cost of cheap financing with less of a discount on the car, but this was not the case here as far as I could tell. They gave me good value on both of my trade in's and after a small amount of haggling I received a better percentage discount on the second car which made the process so much easier. I referred a friend to Amar less than two weeks later and he too received a good deal from Amar, closed a deal on a similar RX and I received a $100.00 referral check in the mail less than a week later!
