With the most recent purchase, Tom Martellacci helped a great deal in getting me the vehicle I wanted. I had always wanted a white car but was unable to get one due to end of season inventory in 2010. This time around, I requested the Starfire Pearl with Saddle interior along with multiple extra features. Although I had to wait approx 2 weeks for the exact car to be delivered, it was WELL worth the wait. I could not be any more happier with my car (and it's only day 2!!!) On pick-up day, my paperwork was ready to go and I only had to give my signature. I was in and out in about 1 hour. On top of the excellent customer service and response time, the dealership itself is absolutely GORGEOUS! It honestly is a must-see location. The waiting area is amazing: flat screens, snacks and drinks, computer room, WiFi. I will continue to work with Lexus of Chester Springs for my future vehicles as customer service only gets better with continued customer loyalty. More

This was possibly one of the best purchasing experiences I have had. Trading in a Range Rover Sport for a new LX 570. I took the vehicle home for my wife to check out before I purchased it becuase the vehicle was for her. I had already basically done all prelimenary paperwork so if she said she liked it we would take it back to the dealership and figure out the delivery date. This is how you sell cars everyone....make things easy give a fair price and i will be back for another Lexus in the future. These guys are great and the service they provide at delivery and moving forward makes me wonder why I would buy a different product ever.
