She set up all of my settings & "accounts" for Sirius and the Nav system and demonstrated how the blind spot system works as well as the park assist tool. The next day, Mary Ann called my insurance company to transfer the insurance policy to my new car. As if that wasn't enough, she even gave me a Celine Dion CD to enjoy in my new car!
