One of the most frustrating aspects of buying a car is the amount of time you spend at the dealership with an inefficient process. Charlie was extremely efficient in shepherding us through the steps and there was no time wasted in unnecessary waiting. The finance person was very knowledgeable and had all of the paperwork prepared and organized.
