Employees Make The Dealership Although Lexus line of cars is expanding, a good thing it is the people customers come in contact with that can make or possibly break the dealership. Very disappointing After having paid for my leased vehicle for the term of the lease, and paying the exorbitant fees for maintenance related to the lease, when it came t After having paid for my leased vehicle for the term of the lease, and paying the exorbitant fees for maintenance related to the lease, when it came time to return the vehicle, I was met with rudeness and non-cooperation. The woman at the desk was just plain rude, and the person who took care of me, while polite, would not give me a receipt that I returned the vehicle. No one inspected the vehicle upon the return, and I was told it would be sent somewhere for inspection. The woman at the desk said words to the effect that if I didn't "trust" them not to damage the vehicle before the inspection took place, I should leave and come back another time. This was after having the person "in charge" tell me he would be there till 3PM, and I arrived to find he had already left by 1:30. I will never lease a Lexus again. More

'15 on my 2011 ES-350 and tread depth measurement, I thought I needed at l Service was handled with extreme integrity. Based on prior service in Nov. '15 on my 2011 ES-350 and tread depth measurement, I thought I needed at least two new tires. Service advised tread depth on all tires was fully adequate and no replacements were needed. An alignment was strongly suggested, as well as a Fuel Induction Service (which has never been performed on this vehicle); both were performed this time. The F.I.S. was also recommended during my Nov.2015 service appointment, but was deferred. Your folks picked that up, a clear indication of attentiveness to past records. Service Consultant, John Joseph was polite, courteous, efficient and professional. My first time working with John, and I was at ease immediately. More
Blown away by Customer Service Just wanted to quickly say thank you to Joel, the service manager, and Tom, and store manager. I was in earlier today (11/25) to pickup my CT200h (wh Just wanted to quickly say thank you to Joel, the service manager, and Tom, and store manager. I was in earlier today (11/25) to pickup my CT200h (which is an awesome car) after a valve stem broke off while putting air in my tire. I struck up a conversation with Tom who asked why I was in and about my car. The question he asked several times was, "Why am I paying?" and to be honest, I didn't have a better answer other than that's what I was told to pay. After Tom and Joel talked for a few minutes, they came back and said and told me it was taken care of and to have a happy Thanksgiving. What awesome customer service...you now have a buyer for life!!! Thanks guys!!! More
Poor Service I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have two Lexus cars. The service has become extremely poor. I left my car last night and they said they will call me this morning. No one called till 2 PM. I had to call three times to reach the service person. The next time around I would rather buy a Honda where service is great than a Lexus. What a terrible place this has become. More
Failure to book an appointment I booked an appointment with services dept. two weeks in advnace. Customer service rep failed to acknowledge the mistake, she sound confused as to when the next appointment and loaner vechilce was available, she failed to understand if I had any other services need. Its my first service! Sales personnel provided no incentive to purchase the vehicle at the Mount Laurel Location. Its not the fault of the salesman; but from someone up the Sales personnel provided no incentive to purchase the vehicle at the Mount Laurel Location. Its not the fault of the salesman; but from someone up the ladder. This was not my first attempt to purchase a Lexus from this dealership. So, I purchased the Lexus at another dealership. I have been in for service twice and I have found the service staff less than personable. There's a feeling that since I did not purchase the vehicle from Cherry Hill Lexus that service would be less than friendly and that has been the case. Every time I have come in I have been asked, "Did you purchase the vehicle here?" Although I simply stated "no," it shouldn't matter. This is not a question that your staff should be asking. Its not convenient to have it serviced elsewhere but if this continues I will go to another dealership. I thought that this dealership offered free car washes. I had to ask when the vehicle was presented to me after service was completed. The other dealerships (not Lexus) that we have used the past ten years automatically provided a wash; I never had to ask. More

Coming in for even routine service, I feel like I am a very important individual customer. The private service interview insures there are 'no surprises' when the work is finished. The dealership's appearance and cleanliness is remarkable, the service assistants are extremely courteous, and I leave for home with a smile on my face. More
