Loraine, this feedback is extremely concerning to read. We strive to deliver seamless and accommodating service, and I assure you that we would never intentionally damage a customer's property. We do have a system in place that puts 6 cameras on every vehicle that comes in for service. This not only protects the dealership but also protects the customer as far as damage. If the damage was not seen on the camera when you initially brought the vehicle in, we would be accepting responsibility for the damage. However, the rim damage can be seen prior to us servicing the vehicle. If you would like to have the wheel repaired, we would be happy to offer you a discount. You absolutely should be concerned. When your dealership damaged my rims on 04/15/2021 your offer to fix my car at a discounted rate was the same as today: I will bring my car for you to see the damage. The damage that you and your staff is alleging is shadows on my rim or the damage that was placed there before. Your behavior and response is atrocious. You Jamie and Fred should be embarrassed for trying g to weasel out of your responsibility. This is Lexus not a non luxury brand. Let’s see what customer relations have to say! What you Jamie can do is check my insurance package and you will see that I can have my rims repaired for FREE! But I it’s the principal.. own up to your lies!
