Wonderful experience Was time to bring my car in for regular service. This was my first visit to Lexus of Chattanooga and I couldn't have had a better experience. Not only Was time to bring my car in for regular service. This was my first visit to Lexus of Chattanooga and I couldn't have had a better experience. Not only did I get a loaner car (I didn't expect to have a brand new Lexus to drive since I purchased my vehicle elsewhere) but they washed my car too! I dealt with Ryan Kennedy and his professionalism and courtesy blew me away. I have heard horror stories about dealerships being too costly and performing unneeded services, but he explained everything thoroughly and it was worth every penny. My only complaint would be that it seems like the dealership itself is lacking the luxury ammenities I would have expected, but I was told they are getting ready to renovate. Overall I felt that Ryan and the rest of the Lexus of Chattanooga staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I will be returning. More

Service department is rip-off My wife went to Lexus of Chattanooga dealership with her ’02 Lexus for a routine service that usually costs just under a $100. The service manager quo My wife went to Lexus of Chattanooga dealership with her ’02 Lexus for a routine service that usually costs just under a $100. The service manager quoted $432 based on the auto’s mileage. There is nothing wrong with her auto. All she wanted was the usual service,oil and filter change, but the service manager would not relent. L of C has serviced this auto since we purchased new from the dealership. We will not be back. This place was an absolute nightmare when it came to servicing my Lexus RX350. I have had better customer service at the post office. Their "Service Director" was truly one of the most lacking individua servicing my Lexus RX350. I have had better customer service at the post office. Their "Service Director" was truly one of the most lacking individuals when it came to service that I have ever experienced. It is unfortunate because when I purchased the car at the same location I could not have been happier. Never again-find another dealer and stay away even if you must drive to the another city or state. More
