Lexus of Cerritos - Service Center

Lexus of Cerritos is a great service center to get my car serviced. The last few times I’ve been there Lara has been great. She is very prompt and helps me to understand honestly what my car needs. Whether it is something I need immediately, or something that can wait. Unlike some other service advisors, I’ve worked with in the past she does not make me feel pressured to spend thousands of dollars on recommendations at once, but does let me know what’s urgent so I can get those issues addressed. I’ve been coming to Lexus of Cerritos for over 8 years and Lara is definitely one of the best advisors I have worked with and I’ll definitely continue going to her for all my car service and maintenance needs 😊 More
