My service Advisor Alex Cruz was very thorough and knowledgeable when it came to servicing my Lexus. It was my first time working with him and his service was exceptional! Everyone was courteous throughout my visit. I was waiting for my car to be serviced and was originally told it could be upto 3 hours. I took my 2022 Lexus ES350 Sport in to have my windshield replaced due to a crack. When I picked up the vehicle ,to my surprise, the car was returned to me with the following issues. 1. A large dirty stra replaced due to a crack. When I picked up the vehicle ,to my surprise, the car was returned to me with the following issues. 1. A large dirty straw sunhat was left on the passenger floorboard. 2. Four pieces of 2" blue tape were left adhered to the outside of the windshield on the driver and passenger sides connecting the windshield to the roof. 3. The driver inside door (white leather) panel was dirty and caked with grease. 4. Driver side fabric molding that connects the dashboard to the top of the roof was damaged with heavy scrapes and punctures. 5. Black leather dashboard above the steering wheel was ripped and dirty. 6. Glass shards were left in the speaker on the dashboard. 7. Glass shards were left on the dashboard between the silver molding. 8. Glass shards were left in the heads-up display on the dashboard. 9. Car was returned tremendously dirty. Was not washed/detailed. More
