Lexus of Cerritos - Service Center

I’ve been a Lexus/Toyota owner since 1999 owning over 10 Toyota and Lexus cars since. I’ve been being my 2018 Lexus gs350 to Cerritos’s where I bought it to get serviced til now. Just recently brought my ca Toyota and Lexus cars since. I’ve been being my 2018 Lexus gs350 to Cerritos’s where I bought it to get serviced til now. Just recently brought my car in for its 90k maintenance and was denied of service because my car was too low stated the new service director Jeff Chung. I told him my car has always been the same height and I have videos sent by auto nation to prove it was on a lift not to mention years of service done to it since 2018. He said he didn’t care to see it and he refused to work on my car. Being a Lexus/Toyota enthusiast as well as my whole family driving Lexus and Toyota, this put a bad taste in my mouth. This is not the Lexus way we take care of our customers. Lexus, I would reconsider who you being on to your team, Mr Jeff Chung quickly let me know he came from Mercedes, when that doesn’t have to do anything with the brand Lexus, it is suppose to make him sound more credible, all I know is he’s not Lexus material, Lexus/Toyota brand represents family and Jeff Chung isn’t it. Im done with Cerritos’s Lexus and will never recommend anyone to go there again. More
