I took my Rx450h last week (3/12/24) to be inspected for a recurring fault where the car would not start correctly and a message on the dashboard that said "hybrid systems has stopped" was displayed. They a recurring fault where the car would not start correctly and a message on the dashboard that said "hybrid systems has stopped" was displayed. They told me they checked it and that no fault was shown, commenting it was the 12v battery that was damaged, which it has been used for less than a year. For that inspection they charged me $300 dollars and the report only says the car is fine, and I need to changed the battery, but they did not mention anything about the hybrid system, which is the main failure message that the car presents and was what I very specifically told them I wanted them to check, since the car is still under warranty for the hybrid system. Very disappointed with the customer service and the work the mechanic did on my car. More
