Last week on Friday, I called the service department due to a message on my console. I was left on hold and no one responded. On Monday, my car stopped working and I was stranded. He stayed on the phone, waiting for me to have my car brought in and took care of me. I felt happy to know that someone had my back! He as well took responsibility for the poor phone service I received. He tried to make up for the inconvenience of having been stranded when all this could have been avoided if the previous day, someone would have responded to my concern by answering my phone inquiry. More
