I bought my car from Bay Ridge Lexus over a year ago and anytime I needed anything from the service department I dealt with Mr.Munoz. He was very professional and extremely helpful I would reccommend anyone anytime I needed anything from the service department I dealt with Mr.Munoz. One example, I had a huge whole in my tire and I brought it right into the service deparentment and Mr.Munoz called up the manufacturer of my tires to make sure I didn't have to pay a dollar out of pocket to for a new tire. I have been going to Bay Ridge Lexus for service for years. I purchased an IS 250 in 2006 and brought it to a local mechanic who screwed up my brakes pretty bad. Since then I have been bringing my car s years. I purchased an IS 250 in 2006 and brought it to a local mechanic who screwed up my brakes pretty bad. Since then I have been bringing my car strictly to Lexus. Although they are more expensive than the local mechanic I can trust that they will do a good job with my car. Thank god I never had any major issues with the car but whatever I had done was done well and in a timely manner. My service consultant, Alex Munoz, is very friendly and professional and always goes out of his way to make sure that I understand what needs to be done and why and what the costs will be. I trust that he would not try to rip me off by claiming my car needs work when it doesn't. Whenever I call with an issue, for example I had a nail in my tire a few weeks ago, Alex is always quick to return phone calls and lets me bring the car in right away. Alex is always courteous and goes out of his way to make sure my car is taken care of, whether I'm there for a big job or something trivial like an inspection, he always makes me feel like me and my car are important. I will continue to bring my car there as long as I own a Lexus. More
STAY AWAY!!! Even if my car where to be broken INSIDE the Bay Ridge dealer, I would of have it tow somewhere else. The mechanics (yes, 3 of them!) told me not to worry about it, there's nothing wrong, and let me go. 1 weeks later, my car almost broke down on the high way because of the brake shoe coming off. Now they're disputing that I (yes! me!) declined the repairs. Lexus Corporate Office also brush me off and give me the runaround saying that I have to deal with the jokers in this dealer instead. I came in to replace my battery for my key and George from the parts dept helped me with that.. he was very kind and also showed me how to change the battery.. My experiences with Bay Ridge Lexus are all terrific. They, the service and the sales folks really make me, the customer feel as if I was the only customer they ever had. They expedite my visit as I am usually on my way to work and pressed for time. Last time, the fleet manager, Cecil was starting the loaner paper work and process as I drove into the Service driveway. My service representative Chris also is immediately attentive and anxious to know my concerns and what I want done or inspected, under the watchful eye of Patel the service manager. I always get "my moneys worth and then some". I bring my own oil, Mobil 1 synthetic, which they use without hesitation. They with me, have held council with the chief mechanic to explain the issues and the technology to me directly. I get a car wash as well every time. My experiences with Bay Ridge Lexus have been exemplary since 1990 when I got our first ES250 and thru the times starting in 2002 since when our family had 2 Lexus cars. Both are running great . The 1999 RX300, with 144,000 miles runs like brand new thanks to the Bay Ridge service group. Thank you guys for giving me the LEXUS experience. I would recommend Bay Ridge Lexus as the premier Lexus dealer in NY and perhaps in the USA. I am confident in the performance and reliability of my Lexus cars thanks to the Bay Ridge LEXUS Service group. Thanks again, you all deserve a 5 across the board. Finally, the service gruop knows how much I rely on my cars and as such thoroughly inspects my cars and recommends repairs when needed. This approach ensures trouble free performance and reliability on the road, under all conditions. Even JoAnn the cashier makes me feel secure.
