I have been going to Bay Ridge Lexus for service for years. I purchased an IS 250 in 2006 and brought it to a local mechanic who screwed up my brakes pretty bad. Since then I have been bringing my car s years. I purchased an IS 250 in 2006 and brought it to a local mechanic who screwed up my brakes pretty bad. Since then I have been bringing my car strictly to Lexus. Although they are more expensive than the local mechanic I can trust that they will do a good job with my car. Thank god I never had any major issues with the car but whatever I had done was done well and in a timely manner. My service consultant, Alex Munoz, is very friendly and professional and always goes out of his way to make sure that I understand what needs to be done and why and what the costs will be. I trust that he would not try to rip me off by claiming my car needs work when it doesn't. Whenever I call with an issue, for example I had a nail in my tire a few weeks ago, Alex is always quick to return phone calls and lets me bring the car in right away. Alex is always courteous and goes out of his way to make sure my car is taken care of, whether I'm there for a big job or something trivial like an inspection, he always makes me feel like me and my car are important. I will continue to bring my car there as long as I own a Lexus. More

Upon coming to this Lexus Dealership we've found a car on their website. When we showed up we were greeted, right away, by Harry who showed us the car that we were interested in, actually there were few opti their website. He took us for a test drive, and a pretty far one, comparing with other dealerships that we dealt in the past. And the car we drove - that's the one we fell in love with. We got a 2012 year car with very low mileage (when there were 2013 (new) ones), and after the clean up that they did - it was a brand new car, really! Harry was very polite, very informative about each car, had reasonable bargaining skills, and every time we had to wait a bit for this or that approval he would always make sure to check up on us. We would recommend him as a car salesman. We had to finish up some extra accessories installment few days later, and service was great! Not like other dealerships that forget every promise they made once you've paid and went out the door. The Bay Ridge Lexus lounge is very nice, has food, TV and lots of sunshine - it is nice to spend time in. More

STAY AWAY!!! Even if my car where to be broken INSIDE the Bay Ridge dealer, I would of have it tow somewhere else. The mechanics (yes, 3 of them!) told me not to worry about it, there's nothing wrong, and let me go. 1 weeks later, my car almost broke down on the high way because of the brake shoe coming off. Now they're disputing that I (yes! me!) declined the repairs. Lexus Corporate Office also brush me off and give me the runaround saying that I have to deal with the jokers in this dealer instead. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE! More

MY NAME IS RAFAEL RIVERA; IWENT TO BAY RIDGE LEXUS TO SEE A 2003 BMW ADVERTISED ON LINE WITH TO BE HONEST, NOT A FEW APPREHENSIONS. I WENT EXPECTING TO BE DISSAPOINTED;( THE CAR WOULD NOT BE THERE, IF IT'S T A 2003 BMW ADVERTISED ON LINE WITH TO BE HONEST, NOT A FEW APPREHENSIONS. I WENT EXPECTING TO BE DISSAPOINTED;( THE CAR WOULD NOT BE THERE, IF IT'S THERE WOULD NOT BE IN THE SAME CONDITIONAS POSTED, THEY WOULD CLAIM THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THE PRICE, ETC.) TO MY SURPRISE THE CAR WAS ACTUALLY THERE, WAS EXACTLY AS LISTED AND THE PRICE WAS THE SAME. I WAS STARTING TO FEEL MORE OPTIMISTIC AND WENT INSIDE THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY PUT ME IN THE HANDS OF ONE OF THEIR SALESMEN. My overall buying experience with Bay Ridge Lexus was very positive. My sales person, Jerry Petitto, was extremely courteous and professional. I informed Jerry that I would be traveling 60 miles to come to Bay Ridge to see the 2011 ES350 that I viewed on their internet site. I requested Jerry to review the condition of the car and share with me his observations so as not to waste a 120 mile round trip. When I arrived at the dealership I was pleasantly greeted and surprised to see that the ES350 was in excellent condition as Jerry described to me earlier in the week. Jerry made the sale a pleasant experience and diligently followed up on a couple of minor open items after the sale. I would definitely recommend others to purchase their Lexus from Bay Ridge and to be sure to request Jerry as their sales person. More
3/31/12 located vehicle actively listed on Ebay "Item number: 170816306476 2009 Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury Package. Contact dealership via email and phone on it's availability and got a reply on "Item number: 170816306476 2009 Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury Package. Contact dealership via email and phone on it's availability and got a reply on 4/2/12 via email and phone it was available, GREAT! Very excited took the day off from work. Also, had 2 other family members take off from work to share the excitement. Drove 3 hours to the Bay Ridge Lexus dealership and was informed the car was sold over a month ago. What?! Yes, sold. The Lexus was still active on ebay with bids. The internet sale assocaiate (Tim) stated "It's an error on ebays part" not our fault (it's always easy to point the finger at someone else Tim). We have removed and ended this listing last month. We have no idea, why it's active. Apparently, this same vehicle was an issue with the previous buyer on ebay. No one took the time and initiative to resolve the issue. The buyer did leave a negative feedback on ebay. While at the dealership, I showed the active listing to all the mentioned personal mentioned above. No one wants to take responsibilty. How inconsideate?! Now, as you can see my frustration level is raising... Ok, car is gone, move on right? OK...gets better. This dealership is a "JOKE". I was told by (Tim, Keith and "GSM Mr. Eugene Woods") we took in a trade over the weekend, it's a Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury Package 2010, but the price will be more, ok. Same color same package etc. They showed me the car and said, it's cost was $xxx amount ok. Then, the GSM Eugene, states I've "verbally" promised a friend, I would hold this car for him until Tuesday. This friend is the bread and butter of my business, I could not so this to him. But on the other hand telling me to go screw myself... There is no deposit or sale agreement contract on the car, but it's a friend, who comes before a first time customer to his dealership. Screwed not just once, but twice. WOW! talk about having a knife in your back and then having it turned. Great job Eugene, Thanks! This is how Eugene operates his dealership. At this point, I'd rather look getting into MB or BMW, where I've never had bad experience. I did file a complaint with Lexus Corporate office in regards to my experience. I have been a loyal Lexus customer for 15 years. Every 9-12 months I either purchased or trade in my Lexus for a new one. Never had any negative experience compared to Lexus of Bay Ridge. More
