Thank you for the Fast response Mr. Woods, The Experience I received with your Company Beyond Disgusting absolutely  unacceptable and not Professional! Abraham and Jonathan LITERALLY was Leaghing om my situation on the phone. Like if they where happy to f*xx me over like that. I have waited for this car more then enough time.  The car Arrived on last month deals, I have all the Documentation to state that. I Want YOU to help me hold them accountable to the terms of the legal laws.  I want a large and luxury company like Yours to be responsible for the outcome  of your representative promises and behavior! I still want to get this Car And I need it ASAP...But if you can't  deliver it by tomorrow night for the Amount  documented and promised. I would like to get financial compensation for the trouble you made me, between loosing the parking, none paid days I took from work and no ability to get the A car base on Market delayed, and Over paying on other cars I could get a week ago for much less.  Looking forward  to hear from you soon Thank you. best regards, Roman

This is my 7th Lexus bought from you. I expected a lot more and certainly not the bait and switch that I received. Unacceptable on all levels. I drove 3 hours with my family to purchase the car as a surprise for my daughter. Complete disappointment. At least have the courtesy to call and let me know that the price went up 10% BEFORE I come. Your finance person AND salesperson knew days before I came. We had a solid deal 3 days prior to me coming. I have the paperwork and the insurance was secured already. Not any given time was I informed the price changed. I will be taking my business elsewhere. And just for the record I am purchasing TWO new vehicles for new drivers in my home. This behavior cost you a very loyal customer. And I will also be contacting Lexus North America to let them know what happened.
