This is specific to the service area. I had my car in for service this past week. Routine oil change and tire rotation. I also had a heat shield which was loose. I asked it to be completely removed or tighte service this past week. Routine oil change and tire rotation. I also had a heat shield which was loose. I asked it to be completely removed or tightened. There were also some additional services noted from my prior service. Which were recommended but not needed. The service technician asked me if I was interested in any of those services. When I said no I could sense that I became less important. I also had them replace my windshield wiper wipers which were $19.99 each and a $15 installation fee. And that was with a coupon. I am not sure he charged me appropriately. My heat shield was never removed or tightened. It is loose as it was when I brought the car in. The service technician, even though it was a very slow day, seemed very rushed in me paying and him moving on with his day. I have had my car serviced here for 13 years. And this was the most disappointing service experience over that 13 year period of time. More

I would like to simply say thank you to Lexus for stellar customer service. My number one case in point is Dale Rogelin. He is the epitome of the phrase "A man of his word. I also want to give my appreciation to A.J. in service he too assisted me with an issue and would not stop until the problem was solved. In a world where customer service is dwindling, it is refreshing to be treated like family. Dale ends each professional endeavor with, "If you need me, give me a call." I've leased all my cars (all Lexus) and purchased one certified used from this dealership. LoB is always clean, the employees are very friendly, there are always cookies waiting in addition to other snac certified used from this dealership. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always learn something new about my car or Enform, or Lexus in general from Wade. I currently drive an RXL, which I love. I've leased an NX, two sedans (ES), and a few hybrids (CTh). I've loved them all. I've had the same experience with the Service department for my routine maintenance visits. More
Thank you Mr. Pappalardo at Lexus of Brookfield. We had an issue with tree sap that we thought was a result of paint sealant that was applied. I had an appointment with Wade Schumacher, because, although I had owned Lexus vehicles previously I couldn't get the technology in my recent purchase to work. In minutes Wade was able to clear up issues and assured me that, what I wasn't able to understand was not my fault because the data etc. was not cleared or centered. He showed me how to use my features in laymen terms. He extended himself to help me if I have any future issues and did a followed up. Upon completion of our appointment he sent me to service to get a tire repair. I explained that I didn't have an appointment but he insisted it would be okay. Once in service, although I did not have an appointment, Nikolas Vlahos understood the problem with my tire. I had my used car less than four weeks and he serviced it, washed it and treated me like family. Referencing my previous vehicle in conversation etc. I recommend my dealership, if I can take the liberty to call them mine, to everyone. God bless them. More
