Dale is a very a very excellent sales person. My car was brought in yesterday for the 5,000mile check up. After completion of that I drove my car home and parked it in my garage. This morning, the day after the service visit, my car is dead.I depress up. After completion of that I drove my car home and parked it in my garage. This morning, the day after the service visit, my car is dead.I depress the brake and push the starter button, but nothing happens. I am unable to get the car out of park. Who knows what happened during the service visit? I have called Lexus and the receptionist has been most most helpful trying to locate someone for me to talk to, but all I do is leave messages with the service department people and no one has called back so far.
