I've just been winging it my self but it's so much better and safer to know what you're doing when driving, Wade was very patient and thorough when explaining to me how to access and use some of the options to make it a more pleasurable driving experience. Wade was great and a natural teacher. He would be great in a classroom as well as in the passenger seat of a Lexus. He has a way of making you feel comfortable and not stupid. I hope that I can remember most of it but coming back is an option. He is a real access to the Lexus dealership. More
