Technical issue with Lexus GX460 I recently had an issue with my Lexus GX460. The interior lights would not turn off. Of course this happened on a Saturday when the service department I recently had an issue with my Lexus GX460. The interior lights would not turn off. Of course this happened on a Saturday when the service department had already closed. The receptionist transferred me to Wade Schumacher with the hope that he could help me resolve the issue. Wade immediately returned my message on a Saturday afternoon. He sent a text out to multiple Lexus dealerships to try to get some advice for me. In an hour's time he called me with advice from a dealership in California. This ultimately worked, and I avoided a dead battery, and a trip into the dealership. Wade was very helpful, funny, and truly went above and beyond on a late Saturday afternoon. I have said it once, and I will say it a hundred times. . .I will never drive another car other than a Lexus. Not only because of the quality of the car, but the way they stand behind their product! Thank you again, Wade, for saving the day! More

I tried step by step through the owner's manual with no luck. I called Wade to see if he could help me and he fit me in between his appointments within a couple of hours. He fixed my problem in 30 seconds! Great service!! More

Repairs Disappointed in the need for the repair ( out of warranty 24k miles)...but the service was OUTSTANDING !! Dale was extremely helpful...bringing a tech (Dennis) to my house to mobilize my vehicle and being able to bring it to LEXUS of Brookfield for repair...It was comforting to know that someone “was on my side.” ...DALE Thanks a bunch for Dales help...would not think of buying a car from anyone other than Dale R !! Fantastic service from Wade I called the dealership because I had been having trouble syncing my phone with the car. I talked to Wade and he said if I could get there he would t I called the dealership because I had been having trouble syncing my phone with the car. I talked to Wade and he said if I could get there he would take care of the problem right away. I don't even think I was in the dealership for over a minute when he came out and we went to the car. Wade fixed my problem and explained what I would do to link my wife's phone to the car. I don't think he was there for five minutes but took care of what I needed to be done. He was great.
