Probably because of his teaching method which was to present the basic approach, observe one's degree of understanding, and then build on that. His quiet humor and patience certainly helped to give me confidence and to feel free to ask questions, even on material we had covered. When the process was completed Wade informed me that he was available whenever I had a need. I upgraded my cell phone a few days ago and had difficulty with my Bluetooth connection. I contacted Wade he had me come to the dealership and achieved the Bluetooth connection with efficiency. He is an outstanding representative of the Lexus team. I so appreciate how he is making it possible for me to utilize my navigation and technology system to its full potential. More
