Lexus of Brookfield treated me with dignity and respect through the entire process. Dave Bray Was the consummate gentleman as sales rep - knowledgeable and helpful, never pushy. He allowed the sales process to unfold naturally from my interest in the vehicle. Wade Schumacher also made a tremendous contribution as delivery specialist, especially with the tech features on the NX. Despite being extremely busy, he took his time with me and was patient and very helpful in showing me how various interfaces worked. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a great car and a great dealership! More

Wade Schumacher, Delivery Specialist Wade took 2 hours out of his busy day to enable my Bluetooth hands-free calling features, and he also spent much time analyzing and reconfiguring my M Wade took 2 hours out of his busy day to enable my Bluetooth hands-free calling features, and he also spent much time analyzing and reconfiguring my MP3 player as the car stereo wasn't recognizing all the songs in the player. It now works perfectly, and apparently this free service is part of Jack Safro's customer service ethic. I am most grateful especially since I purchased my Lexus over 2 and a half years ago!. The employees made us feel very comfortable while walking us through all our our options. Everything was quick and seamless. After finalizing all the paperwork it was time to walk through my new car. Wade was excellent! He walked us through every attribute and technology feature of the car making sure we felt like an expert ourselves before leaving the dealership. Strauss was wonderful as was Wade Schmacher in helping me learn all the new technology as so much has changed in 15 years. Wade has been patient as I continue to have questions on the technology.
